Introduction

These general terms and conditions apply to sellers and buyers on the Protech website and these general terms and conditions govern your use of the Protech store and any related services.
When using the Protech Store, you acknowledge that you accept these general terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree to the general terms and conditions or part of them, you must not use the Protech Store..
If you use the Protek Store while carrying out other business or organizational projects, you acknowledge the following:
that you have the authority to agree to these General Terms and Conditions;
You warrant that you and the natural or legal person or any other legal entity that manages your business or organizational project are bound by the general terms and conditions contained in this contract; and you agree that the pronoun “you” in these general terms and conditions refers to the single user and the person concerned or the company or legal entity unless otherwise required.
The customer is not entitled to create more than one account on the site, and when adding more than one account, the company has the right to block additional accounts.

You may not register on the Protech Store if you are under 18 years of age and therefore you acknowledge that you are over this age (when using the Protech Store or agreeing to these general terms and conditions you acknowledge and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age)
If you register for an account on Protech Store, you will be asked for an email address/username and password and you agree to the following:
Keep your password confidential.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for any activity on the Protech Store resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your password, and that you may be held liable for any losses arising from such failure.
You are committed to using the account alone and may not transfer that account to any third party and you are responsible in the event that you delegate the management of your account to any third party.
Protech Store has the right, at its absolute discretion and without prior notice or giving reasons, to suspend or cancel your account, and/or modify the account data, with Protech Store being committed to refunding the value of any products or services that you have purchased on the store as long as you have not violated these general terms and conditions. Payments due under these General Terms and Conditions shall be made in accordance with the payment information and instructions on the Protech Store.

Promotions and competitions run by Protech Store and/or other promoters are governed by the terms and conditions of the promotion and you can view the terms and conditions of the applicable promotion on our website.

Protech Store operates an anti-money laundering program and reserves the right to conduct due diligence checks on all Protech Store users.

In the event that Protech Store allows the registration of an account on Protech Store, it will remain in existence indefinitely, subject to these general terms and conditions.
If you breach any of the obligations contained in these general terms and conditions, or if Protech Store suspects that you have breached the general terms and conditions or any of the provisions, policies or guidelines of Protech Store in any way, Protech Store has the right to do the following:
Temporarily suspend your access to the store.
Permanently block you from accessing the store.
Block computers using your IP from accessing the store.
Contact any or all of your Internet Service Providers and request that they block your access to the Store.
Suspend or delete your account from the store.
Initiate legal action against you, whether for breach of contract or otherwise.
You agree not to take any action to circumvent the suspension, blocking or deactivation of your access to the Protech Store (including without limitation creating and/or using a different account) in the event that the Protech Store suspends, blocks or deactivates your access to the Protech Store in whole or in part.

Protech Store has the right to revise these general terms and conditions, the seller's terms and conditions, and the store's terms, policies and guidelines from time to time.
The general terms and conditions as revised from the date of publication apply to the Protech Store.
